Kurt Anderson, Esq. has been licensed in Nevada since 1984. Originally, involved with unfair labor practice and the collection of unpaid fringe benefits for local unions, Mr. Anderson's practice area expanded to include personal injury claims, wills and divorces of union members represented by his firm. Most significantly Mr. Anderson was introduced to plaintiff's personal injury practice at this time.
Because of these early experiences he brings a broad range of litigation and appellate expertise to the firm. Mr. Anderson has practiced in many areas of the law with emphasis on insurance law, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury cases from both the perspective of defendant's counsel and as plaintiff's counsel.
Since 2001 the focus of Mr. Anderson's practice has been to obtain recoveries for injured plaintiffs. The practice of law for the benefit of persons negligently or wrongfully injured by others has always been the most rewarding aspect of his law practice. |
